Pay: $60,000–$85,000 per year (base + bonuses + tips)

- Deliver the Sport Clips MVP Championship Haircut Experience to Every Client – Every Time.
- Drive sales, client satisfaction, and team performance.
- Manage scheduling & daily operations.
- Maintain the highest standards for cleanliness, safety, and TDLR compliance.
- Proven Sport Clips experience (Stylist, Assistant Manager, or Manager)
- You’re a natural leader with strong communication skills
- You love coaching and building up your team
- You’re reliable, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
- Must work opening, mid, and closing shifts to grow a WINNING TEAM
