Pediatric Home Health Nurse; LVN​/RN – Anna, TX

Overview

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, RN or LVN, to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in Anna, 75409. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available.

May include care for patients with G-tube needs.

Patient's Requested

Schedule:

PRN Days (7a-7p).

$22–$33/hr depending on license and experience (LVN/RN).

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Collaborate with care team and family
• Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically

• Active Texas LVN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License
• At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN
