Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store transfers and in-store orders;
Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures including deposits and security checks;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage returns/exchanges with accurate refunds;
Coordinate merchandising tasks and communicate Zipline messages to the team and ensure adherence to schedules
