We self‑perform key scopes of work and specialize in design‑build delivery across residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments. Our team is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and focused on delivering high‑quality projects from concept through completion.

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and field teams. This role is heavily operations‑focused and plays a key part in keeping projects organized, cost‑controlled, and running efficiently.

This is not a general admin role—prior construction experience is required.

• Support Project Managers with day‑to‑day project coordination and tracking
• Manage purchase orders, material procurement, and vendor communication
• Track project costs, invoices, and job budgets
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting
• Process and track field timesheets and workforce data
• Assist with scheduling updates and internal project coordination
• Ensure timely flow of information between office and field teams
• Help identify and resolve operational gaps to improve efficiency

• Prior experience in construction (field or office)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Advanced knowledge of building materials and construction practices
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Understanding of construction workflows and sequencing
