Customer Service Representative (Print Production & Logistics Coordination)
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join an international printing and graphics company. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in print production, client services, and logistics coordination. Full training will be provided.
This position serves as a key link between clients, production teams, and logistics operations, ensuring accurate communication, efficient workflow management, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to client inquiries, quotes, job tickets, and orders via phone and email
- Track and manage job progress, provide real-time status updates, and resolve issues quickly
- Provide guidance on printing services, file preparation, production timelines, and specifications
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and production teams to ensure accurate job execution
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations
- Coordinate logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, carrier selection, routing, and delivery scheduling
- Maintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order management data
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and production issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support operational efficiency through coordination with production, shipping, and fulfillment teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, logistics coordination, or operations support
- Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats, and production workflows preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with print management or order tracking systems is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel to customer and operational sites as needed
- Ability to safely lift and handle items up to 25 lbs as required
