Eligible candidates must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, experience working with children, and be available for a minimum of 8 hours per week. They should be able to implement lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher, possess classroom management skills, have a deep devotion to the Catholic faith, and effective communication skills. Candidates should be passionate about education and have a love for the students.
