is looking for a
Grill Master / Pitmaster
to join our team and help deliver bold, authentic BBQ to our guests.

About the Role:

As our Grill Master, you'll be the heart of our smokehouse operation. You'll be responsible for prepping, smoking, and packing all of our house-smoked meats from juicy brisket to tender ribs while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency.

What You'll Do:

Arrive early (approx. 7:00 AM) to light the smoker and begin prep

Trim, season, and smoke brisket, ribs, pork shoulder, chicken, and other meats

Monitor temps, maintain fire management, and ensure proper timing for each cook

Prep meats for service and properly pack items for storage or catering

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Schedule:

Part-Time
3 days per week (early morning to mid-afternoon)

Could be full time if you wanted to work some other roles (prep cook, line cook, counter, etc.)

Flexible schedule possible, but early arrival is required

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience smoking meats in a professional or competitive BBQ setting

Strong knowledge of BBQ techniques, meat cuts, rubs, and timing

Ability to work independently and manage a cook schedule

Dependable, organized, and passionate about BBQ

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a hot kitchen/smokehouse environment
