Job Schedule:

Day  Time      Thur  10:00 PM - 06:00 AM    Fri  10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards.
Serve in an armed patrol capacity in accordance with post orders, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal standards while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment during assigned duties.
Support access control, monitor sensitive areas, and assist with de-escalation during high-stress situations involving patients, visitors, and/or staff while following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
Be at least 21 years of age.

Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
