Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and help to report security-related concerns;
Perform assigned armed post duties in accordance with site policies, maintaining readiness to respond to high-priority situations;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
