Amazon Flex Delivery Associate

As an Amazon Flex Delivery Associate, you will use your own vehicle and smartphone to deliver Amazon packages to customers. This flexible, gig-based role allows you to select delivery blocks that match your schedule, offering the freedom to earn on your terms. Amazon Flex drivers play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate package deliveries, supporting Amazon's dedication to customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will manage deliveries independently while maintaining high standards of service and safety. Your responsibilities include:

• Use your personal vehicle to collect packages from assigned pickup locations.
• Follow the Amazon Flex app to navigate delivery routes efficiently and scan packages for accurate tracking.
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses carefully, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries.
• Manage your own delivery schedule by selecting available time blocks through the Amazon Flex app.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and delivering packages.
• Track earnings, mileage, and expenses related to your independent contractor work.
• Report delivery issues, missing packages, or customer concerns through the app or Amazon Flex support.

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Access to a reliable mid-sized or larger vehicle (sedan, SUV, van, or truck) that meets Amazon Flex requirements.
• Ownership of a compatible smartphone (iPhone or Android) to use the Amazon Flex app.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and GPS navigation.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

• Experience in delivery, rideshare, or customer-facing roles.
