Seeking a Senior Accountant / Manager with Strong Excel and Data skills!  

If you love crunching numbers, solving puzzles, and driving better data, this role has your name on it. We're seeking a Senior Accountant / Manager to help shape our accounting operations with advanced analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

What You'll Do:

+ Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

+ Prepare and review journal entries, supporting schedules, and financial reports

+ Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

+ Strengthen internal controls and manage intercompany transactions

+ Deliver analysis and actionable insights that wow leadership.

+ Support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance

+ Champion process improvements, system upgrades, and automation.

+ Jump into AP and AR support and contribute to our ever-evolving accounting toolkit.

Requirements

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related.

+ 5+ years progressive accounting experience; strong close and reconciliation background

+ Advanced Excel skills, including experience with large data sets, pivot tables, and formulas

+ Proficiency with ERP systems (i.e. Net Suite / Sage Intacct / Work Day); GAAP knowledge

+ GAAP mastery and strong analytical chops.

+ Organization, problem-solving, and top-notch communication skills.

+ Teamwork, independence, and rock-solid follow-through.

+ Multi-entity, intercompany and consolidation experience.

+ Automation & reporting platform savvy.

+ Private equity experience.

+ Proven process improvement and ERP enhancement skills.
