Senior Accountant

Accounts Payable Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day invoice processing and payment activity through the company’s AP platform, ensuring transactions are properly approved, coded, and supported with appropriate documentation
• Review vendor payment activity for accuracy and partner with the AP team to resolve discrepancies, outstanding items, and payment-related issues
• Reconcile AP system activity to the general ledger and assist with maintaining clean and accurate financial records

• Monitor daily cash movements and maintain reporting used by leadership to track liquidity and operational cash activity
• Record and reconcile incoming and outgoing cash transactions, including investment-related activity and debt payments
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for financial reporting and external audit requests
• Assist with documentation tied to regulatory and reporting requirements
• Serve as a key point of contact for accounting-related questions across departments and with external auditors

• 2+ years of accounting experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing and reconciling financial data
