Qualifications3+ years of experience managing the 'Full Cycle' of accounting (from AP/AR through Financial Reporting)
2+ years of experience using Quick Books Online
Ability to be comfortable working under tight deadlines to ensure processes and procedures are completed on time

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, and Cash Flow reports to leadership.
Compliance & Integrity: Maintain strict adherence to GAAP standards and internal controls to protect company assets.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily bank activity and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal financial flow.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven insights for budgeting, forecasting, and growth goals.
