Overview
We are seeking a Full‑Charge Bookkeeper to manage full‑cycle accounting for multiple entities in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. This role requires a strong accounting foundation, deep Quick Books Online experience, and someone who stays current with evolving tools, including AI.
Key Responsibilities- Own full‑cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities
- Manage Accounts Payable, billing, and collections
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial reports and support month‑end close
- Assist with payroll processing (as needed)
- Handle light HR‑related administrative tasks
- Leverage technology and stay current on emerging tools (including AI) to improve processes
- 5–10 years of hands‑on accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong Quick Books Online (QBO) expertise (heavy use required)
- Experience managing multiple sets of books
- Strong understanding of AP, collections, and reporting
- Tech‑savvy with interest in AI and process improvements
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
- Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
- Full‑time, onsite
- 100% in‑office environment
