Qualifications- 3+ years of experience managing the "Full Cycle" of accounting (from AP/AR through financial reporting)
- 2+ years of experience using Quick Books Online
- Ability to work under tight deadlines to ensure processes and procedures are completed on time

- Full-Cycle Ownership: Take total responsibility for the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Month-End Mastery: Assist the month‑end close process with speed and precision, ensuring all reconciliations are flawless.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, and Cash Flow reports to leadership.
- Compliance & Integrity: Maintain strict adherence to GAAP standards and internal controls to protect company assets.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily bank activity and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal financial flow.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to provide data‑driven insights for budgeting, forecasting, and growth goals.
