Office Manager
Seeking a full-time (7am-3pm, M-F) office manager who is professional, reliable, detail oriented and organized for our Annapolis office.
Responsibilities include all aspects of customer service and accounting duties, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries and spreadsheet maintenance as well as assisting with logistics and tracking.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in accounting including AR, AP, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
· Excellent customer service/telephone skills
· Ability to interact professionally with co-workers, customers and vendors
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Quick Books or other accounting software
· Strong organizational and analytical skills
· Multi-tasking skills
· Good grammar, writing skills, & customer service
· Have the ability to problem solve and think ahead
· Clear national criminal background, driving record and drug screen
· Must possess a professional demeanor and be reliable!
