Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + bonus

• Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations and financial close (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Review and approve financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Oversee investor and lender reporting, ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Manage audits and serve as primary liaison with external auditors
• Provide cash management oversight across multiple accounts and entities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives
• Will supervise 1‑2 accountants

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3‑5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Multifamily / real estate / property accounting experience
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred, with a focus on mentoring, developing, and guiding accounting staff
