• 3+ years of experience managing the full cycle of accounting (from AP/AR through financial reporting).
• 2+ years of experience using Quick Books Online.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines to ensure processes and procedures are completed on time.

• Full‑Cycle Ownership: total responsibility for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Month‑End Mastery: assist the month‑end close process with speed and precision, ensuring all reconciliations are flawless.
• Financial Reporting: prepare and present accurate balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash‑flow reports to leadership.
• Compliance & Integrity: maintain strict adherence to GAAP standards and internal controls to protect company assets.
• Cash Flow Management: monitor daily bank activity and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal financial flow.
