Available SchedulesPosition 1 – Evening Receptionist
- Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Holiday coverage required as scheduled
Position 2 – Weekend Receptionist
- Every other Saturday and Sunday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Holiday coverage required as scheduled
- Welcome residents, visitors, vendors, contractors, and family members with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Create and process work order requests for residents and staff.
- Assist residents with transportation requests, guest room reservations, and activity information.
- Maintain front desk records, key logs, directories, and communication logs.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Assist residents with copying, faxing, and other clerical needs.
- Communicate important updates and information to appropriate departments.
- Help ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must have experience using general office equipment (e.g., postage machine, telephones, copier, fax machine).
- Must present self in a professional manner, display genuine concern for the elderly, and exercise tact in dealing with others.
- Must have completed or be willing to complete educational requirements imposed by State regulations within the specified timeframe.
