Office Manager – Construction

Graziano’s Property Solutions, LLC

Graziano’s Property Solutions is a growing site development, excavation, hardscaping, commercial and residential landscaping company serving Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support daily operations and help keep our office running efficiently.

Position Summary

The Office Manager will oversee day‑to‑day administrative functions, coordinate office operations, support project documentation, and assist management with payroll, billing, scheduling, and customer communications. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee documentation
  • Support invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable activities
  • Maintain organized project files and company records
  • Assist with project documentation and contract administration
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Provide administrative support to company leadership
  • Help ensure efficient office workflow and organization
Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Office Management experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and standard office software
  • Experience with scheduling, billing, payroll support, and office administration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred:

  • Construction industry experience or knowledge
  • Experience with project management or construction software
  • Familiarity with certified payroll, subcontractor documentation, or job costing
  • Knowledge of Procore is a plus
