Confident Smiles is now seeking an experienced Part Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator in Annapolis, Maryland
.
Ideal candidate would be a seasoned dental front office professional seeking to add 2 work days per week to their schedule;
Insurance Coordinator experience a must. Must be comfortable with technology and learning new things.
Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm

- Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
- Treatment coordinating and presentations to patients
- Patient check in/out
- Coordinating patient payments
- Insurance coordination and verification required
- Answers incoming calls and managing voicemails
- Scheduling and Confirm appointments
- Treatment plan preparation and presentation
- Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation
- Managing the flow of provider schedules
- Patient & Partner Practice Communications
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years dental front office billing/insurance coordination/AR experience, customer service oriented, open to training, positive attitude, team player
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Seeking a hardworking, fun, friendly, customer service oriented, conscientious team member
