Position Summary

The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for overseeing the coordination, supervision, and successful completion of client meetings and events; implement, oversee, and maintain data-driven processes; and manage/support other ad hoc projects that strengthen internal and external client relationships. With excellent communication and customer service skills, the individual will play a pivotal role in creating organized processes to support and strengthen the Company and client relationships.

Salary

Salary Range:
Expected salary range of $60,000 - $72,500, based on experience and location. Responsibilities
  • External Client Engagement and Management:
    Lead the scheduling, coordination and organization of, as well as support the preparation for, client/project meetings and events across multiple lines of business, each instance of which will involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain data for legal and/or compliance requirements for meetings, including board meeting requirements, quorums, etc., and associated meeting records.
  • Support both client onboarding and client handoff process during project closing to ensure smooth transition between the applicable internal stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain metric-based processes and lead ad hoc projects that provide insights into client relationships (surveys, etc.).
  • Work with investment and portfolio teams to stay abreast of current client relationships.
  • Act as the point of contact for all events/meetings for client-related activities.
  • Internal Client Support:
    Manage HASI-branded collateral (“swag”) planning, sourcing, ordering, distribution, and inventory.
  • Support HASI-branded sponsorship event process.
  • Maintain list of current corporate publication subscriptions and facilitate access for appropriate employees.
  • Support internal communications.
  • Ad-hoc Support:
    Client and market research as needed;
    Presentation support as needed.
Specific Recommended Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Close attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and vendors — both internal and external — at various levels, and liaise across all functional areas within the company.
  • Dependable and proactive, takes initiative.
  • Ability to own tasks from start to completion and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Prior Work Experience
  • At least three years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required;
    Salesforce experience preferred.
