- Oversee the review and decision‑making regarding plan underwriting information for new sales opportunities
- Evaluate and implement existing client stable value contract modification requests in partnership with the legal team
- Lead and contribute to projects related to product changes and new product offerings, including pricing and risk assessment
- Build and maintain pricing and risk analysis models for stable value contracts
- Present complex analyses and concepts to executive management and influence ongoing business strategies
- 8+ years of related experience in the financial services industry
- 1+ years of stable value experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent deliverables effectively
- A certified ASA, FSA, or CFA with experience in ALM, investment portfolio development, or risk analytics
- 4+ years of stable value experience
- 1+ year of experience with synthetic GIC products, contracts, and risk
- Knowledge of stable value or Insurance Company General Account products
- Proven leadership abilities and initiative in project ownership
