The next full‑time Floor Supervisor will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to our patients. Floor Supervisors assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration. You will be challenged to work tactically to serve our patients with care and efficiency while also serving as a Leader on Duty (LOD). One minute you will open the store and prep staff;

the next minute you will train a new employee on our POS system and e‑commerce platform; the next minute you will assist a patient with a difficult question around product usage. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ to work within a diverse team.

This position is on‑site in our Nottingham, MD dispensary. Our hours of operation are 9 am – 9 pm, 7 days per week. The role requires availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
• At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or related experience (preferred).
• Cannabis experience is a plus.
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

• Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods.
• Able to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system.

$18 – $18 per hour.
