Business Analysis Advisor

Position Overview

As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Home Lending Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA;
Annapolis, MD; or Brecksville, OH. Your role involves supporting technology delivery for Home Lending Servicing systems by coordinating implementation across downstream servicing platforms, including the system of record (MSP) and customer‑facing systems such as Online Banking and EDGE. You will partner with Product Owners to define technical requirements and manage execution across multiple technical teams within the PNC ecosystem.

• Direct research, discovery, collection, and interpretation of business requirements.
• Participate in development, review, and documentation of complex processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting.
• Provide senior‑level consultation and communicate with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving, and business analysis to support project goals.
• Recommend frameworks, methodologies, and processes for business requirements traceability.
• Mentor, lead, and coach associates to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Oversee development and maintenance of policy and procedure documentation.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements with business stakeholders.
• Lead multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance, and effectiveness assessment.
• Provide direction for successful deployment of projects.
• Drive development, analysis, and distribution of complex reporting.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience). Minimum 3+ years of direct industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and technology familiarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple parallel efforts.
• Analytical thinking, business assessment, process modeling, consulting, and project management competencies.
• Experience with requirement analysis, software product business knowledge, and business process modeling.
• Preferred certification(s) in business analysis or related field.

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographical location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
