The Program Analyst, Pricing Governance oversees the intake, evaluation, approval, and implementation of strategic pricing and packaging initiatives across Crisis
24 IRM products and services. Acting as a central coordinator, this role partners with Pricing, Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure pricing decisions are reviewed, approved, and executed effectively.

This position is located at our Annapolis, MD office.

This is a strategic pricing governance and program management role, not a deal desk, quoting, or transactional pricing position. The focus is on oversight of pricing initiatives, governance processes, executive review support, and driving cross‑functional implementation of approved pricing and packaging changes.

• Manage pricing and packaging requests from intake through implementation.
• Prepare materials and recommendations for pricing governance and executive review meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute approved pricing initiatives.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Maintain visibility into pricing initiatives and ensure governance processes are followed.
• Drive process improvements that increase consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency.

• Experience in program management, business operations, revenue operations, pricing support, or a related field.
• A master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working cross-functionally and supporting executive-level decision-making.
• SaaS, technology, pricing, commercialization, or finance experience preferred.

• Improve visibility, governance, and execution of pricing initiatives.
• Support informed decision-making by pricing leadership.
• Ensure timely implementation of approved pricing and packaging changes.
• Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration and process discipline.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
