Project Manager- Civil Infrastructure

This Project Manager role is a core position on our civil PM team. You'll report directly to our Sr. Project Manager and own day‑to‑day delivery across civil infrastructure projects — managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications from kickoff through closeout.

• Own project delivery from kickoff through closeout — schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
• Coordinate daily field operations with superintendents, foremen, and crews to keep milestones on track.
• Track project costs and field reports using Heavy Job (HCSS) and Procore, keeping documentation accurate and current.
• Prepare and distribute RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports in a timely manner.
• Support the Sr. PM on resource planning, scope reviews, and coordination across multiple active projects.
• Conduct site visits and quality control inspections — ensuring work is built to spec and safely.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and inspectors — and be someone they trust.
• Contribute to preconstruction and estimating efforts as you grow into the role.
• Communicate effectively at all levels — from the field to the owner's meeting table. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.

• 3–6 years of project management experience in civil infrastructure — underground utility, sitework, concrete, or related heavy civil work.
• Familiarity with civil infrastructure systems — utilities, grading, concrete, drainage, or similar scopes.
• Working knowledge of Heavy Job (HCSS), Procore, or a comparable construction management platform.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple tasks across active projects without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable in a field‑forward environment — you'll be on site regularly.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish — a significant differentiator.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
