Salisbury & Moore Construction is seeking an Estimating & Preconstruction Specialist to support hotel renovation bids. You’ll work with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to build bids from the ground up by collecting RFPs, defining scope, performing takeoffs, and soliciting quotes.
You will create bid packages in Procore, coordinate pre-bid meetings, import drawings into Plan Swift, and guide the bid team to timely, accurate submissions.
