Project Superintendent

Company Description Reliable Commercial Construction is a general contracting company serving clients across Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. The organization specializes in design-build, tenant improvement, and base building construction across diverse market sectors including health care, office, multi-family, restaurant, retail, industrial, non-profit, and pre-engineered metal buildings.

Role Description The Project Superintendent with Pre Engineered Metal Building PEMB experience is a full-time, on-site role based in Gambrills, MD, responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. We also have an additional role coming up for a smaller phased base building project and in need of an APM.

The Superintendent will oversee and coordinate all onsite operations. Experience in preconstruction coordination is a plus. This role is an excellent opportunity to assist in rapidly growing our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and thoroughly understand the entire project scope with the Project Team
• Review Submittals and RFI’s
• Maintain onsite project documentation and record keeping
• Maintain Project Schedule and inform the team of deadlines & changes
• Create and maintain three week look ahead schedules to distribute to subcontractors and PM team.
• OSHA 30 - Maintain safety standards on the jobsite.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Experienced in understanding and managing project quality, schedule, RFI’s, and Submittals.
• Knowledge with construction software is preferred.

Pay: $100,000 – additional compensation to commensurate with experience
