Front Counter Customer Service Representative

Hiring immediately - join the Admiral Cleaners' team now.

Two schedules available:
Monday-Friday 2-7pm;
Saturdays 9-2pm; plus fill-in days.

Monday-Friday availability of 7am-7pm with varying hours and Saturdays 8-2pm.

No Sundays for either schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve clients dropping off and picking up clothing. Engage with clients to enhance relationships.
• Provide product and service information and assistance to clients in a friendly manner.
• Maintain client accounts with current and accurate information.
• Resolve client problems in a timely and professional manner using scripts and skills provided to you.
• Enter garment descriptions into the computer with accuracy (data entry).
• Fold and package finished garments to prepare for pick-up.
• Sort, scan and file finished garments for storage.
• Keep work areas neat and clean at all times.

• Previous experience preferred.
• Entry level.
