Dental Assistant – Chesapeake Endodontics

Ready to take the next step in your dental career? Chesapeake Endodontics is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our specialty team. If you’re passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, and you love working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—this is the opportunity for you.

• Welcoming and preparing patients for treatment
• Assisting the doctor with all aspects of 4-handed dentistry
• Setting up and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Providing clear post-operative and oral hygiene instructions
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Helping with scheduling, post-op appointments, and payment procedures
• Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assisting with other office responsibilities as needed

You’ll be a friendly, reassuring presence for patients and support the clinical team to keep operations running smoothly.

• At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a dental assistant (specialty experience preferred)
• Active Maryland Radiology License required
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• High school diploma
• Certificate from an accredited dental assistant program (if required by law)

Pay
:
Position Base Pay Range $19 - $22 USD
