Interior Design Consultant - Annapolis Gallery

Summary

Design Consultants provide a luxury in-gallery experience by assessing walk-in clientele and collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet clients' design needs. They own the client journey from initial contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base. The role combines product expertise, elevated service, and entrepreneurial relationship building to achieve sales and design objectives.

• Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through professional communication and appearance

• Experience with in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented with strategic agility
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stock room, and office
• Position entails prolonged standing and physical activity; licensed to drive and ability to travel locally or out of state preferred
