Position:
Clinic/Classroom Learning Leader

Barbering Learning Leaders educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in both technical skills and guest service. They create extraordinary classroom and clinic experiences using Objective-Based Education (O.B.E.), mini-classes, and learning centers.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has prior experience in barbering and education, with a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of professionals. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills are essential. Previous experience instructing in a barbering school is preferred.

Skills & Competencies Required

* Current Maryland Barbering License.

* Strong organizational, coaching, and communication skills.

* Experience in supervision, teamwork, and documentation.

* Solid work history with verifiable references.

* Passion for the barbering industry and education.

* High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
