Job Description
Summary:
The AOC seeks proposals from prospective Offerors to provide one (1) Instructional Systems Designer to design, develop, and enhance online coursework.
Offeror & Resource
Qualifications:
1. The Offeror shall have one (1) year of experience in providing recruitment, staffing, and/or otherwise providing professional consulting services.
2. The Offeror shall propose resource(s) that meet the following minimum qualifications:
a. Three (3) years of experience:
(1) Designing self-paced online courses for adult learners
(2) Creating multimedia and SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) compliant learning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise
3. The AOC prefers Offeror proposed resource(s) to have the following qualifications:
a. Four (4) years of experience in online curriculum design and development for adult learners
b. One (1) year of experience evaluating the effectiveness of training
Scope of Work:
Offeror resource shall be responsible for the following:
1. Design and develop new self-paced online lessons, as directed by the Contract Manager.
2. Revise existing self-paced online lessons, as directed by the Contract Manager.
3. Utilize Articulate Storyline 30 and Articulate Rise for training development, which may include multimedia components.
Offeror Resource Skills, Experience, & Capabilities:
1. Offeror shall propose resource(s) possessing the following preferred skills, experience, and capabilities:
a. Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles, and best practices for self-paced online eLearning delivery.
b. Experience with:
(1) Vyond to create video components within training
(2) Learning management systems such as Canvas or Blackboard
(3) Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word
c. Ability to:
(1) Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders within the Judiciary
(2) Meet deadlines and manage deliverables on multiple projects simultaneously
(3) Communicate effectively
(4) Accept and address constructive feedback.
