Applicants selected must hold an active Top‑Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance. They will undergo a government security investigation and must be U.S. citizens.

Responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center operates at peak efficiency. This involves planned preventive maintenance, daily corrective work, and emergency response. The technician serves as an expert technical resource, reporting to a program manager and interacting with Onsite Engineering Operations (OEO) and third‑party vendors.

• Requires meeting all CET3 requirements; CET4 is an elite SME position.
• Understand sequence of operations and how failures of critical equipment impact other systems.
• Capable of reviewing service reports, spotting anomalies and flagging deterioration.
• Implement reliability‑centered maintenance processes and techniques.
• Lead and implement Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) reports.
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
• Develop reliability reports to improve efficiency, resiliency, and reduce downtime.
• Ensure availability and capacity targets are achieved and maintained.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment; high school diploma or GED.
• Active Top‑Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance and U.S. citizenship.

• Journeyman Electrician License, Journeyman HVAC license, or equivalent.

• Lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Relocate a 12‑foot stepladder without assistance.
• Work at heights up to 60 feet on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and ladders.
• Walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach overhead routinely.
• Good vision and hearing; ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers.
• Combine pieces of information to form conclusions.
• Notice when something is wrong; recognize potential failure.
