• Site Plan Excellence: Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Data Analysis: Assess project survey data—including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement and condo documents—to evaluate existing site conditions.
• Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations essential for project direction, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer’s opinion of probable costs, utility computations, storm sewer reports, permit applications, and grading calculations.
• Construction Support: Offer construction‑related services such as permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, transmittals, and organize construction documents under the guidance of senior staff.
• Engineering Software Mastery: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments efficiently, ensuring alignment with established standards.
• Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when collaborating with current staff members to ensure seamless project coordination.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of experience
• PE preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water
