- Seeking a Test Engineer to plan, design, execute, and document test activities to ensure system functionality, performance, security, and reliability meet mission and contractual requirements.
- This role supports the full system development lifecycle and collaborates with systems engineers, developers, cybersecurity personnel, and program leadership to validate technical solutions.
- Develop Test and Evaluation (T&E) strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Define test objectives, acceptance criteria, and traceability to requirements.
- Design test cases, scripts, and automated test frameworks.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and system-level tests.
- Document defects, track resolution, and verify corrective actions.
- Maintain Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices (RVTM).
- Ensure test coverage aligns with system requirements and mission objectives.
- Validate compliance with technical, security, and interoperability standards.
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- Minimum of 10 years' related experience.
- Experience with
- Building and updating test automation scripts.
- Test Reports.
- Jira.
- Conducting end-to-end regression testing.
- Creating and maintaining RVTMs.
- Test Cases generation and execution.
- Familiarity with the Linux operating system and basic Linux commands.
- Strong ability to analyze system specifications and detect, document, and troubleshoot bugs.
- Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting bugs and collaborating with developers.

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
