The Opportunity

We are looking for a senior environmental manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who wants to:

• Lead and grow a team of top environmental professionals
• Guide delivery of meaningful, results-driven environmental services
• Shape firm strategy and share in long-term success
• Participate in delivery of training short courses for EHS professionals

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of continuous and ongoing experience with an environmental consulting or engineering firm, delivering environmental compliance, permitting, or management consulting services
• Demonstrated success in developing business through client relationships, proposals, and strategic partnerships
• Deep understanding of U.S. environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, state-level) and industry standards
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in environmental science, engineering, or related discipline
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset

Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year
