• Lead cross‑disciplinary engineering teams, managing employees across two or more technical domains to achieve program objectives.
• Craft and drive strategic project and process roadmaps that accelerate performance.
• Secure critical resources, provide technical oversight, and champion continuous process innovation.
• Forge and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports to align priorities and fuel collaboration.
• Develop, coach, and energize talent, cultivating a high‑performing culture of accountability and growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams to evaluate complex engineering issues that affect design, production, and test.
• Present clear, persuasive technical updates to program leadership, translating technical detail into strategic insight.

Travel may be required up to 50‑75% of the time, domestically and/or internationally.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or related field) or non‑US equivalent directly related to the work statement.
• 5+ years of experience in a management and/or team lead role in an engineering and/or test environment.
• Experience with interfacing database systems and applications.

• Experience supporting a military flight test program (Navy Flight Test preferred).
• Successful completion of the company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. citizen required. Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start required.
• Relocation is possible based on candidate eligibility.
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as defined in 22 C.F.R. §120.62.

Pay range: $181,900 – $246,100.
