Responsibilities
- Supervising and ensuring qualitative execution of projects within deadlines.
- Project status reporting (current status and estimated delivery time, identification of potential risks, suggestions for overcoming them).
- Application of project planning methodologies (Lean, Kanban, Scrum).
- Engineering team management: overseeing delivery quality, ensuring continuous training of each team member, execution of the performance evaluation cycle.
- Negotiating with clients the terms of execution, as well as the technical aspects of the projects.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in the construction industry or telecommunications engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems, engineering, authorization and construction methods.
- Development of engineering telecommunications systems as an expert.
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
