Atwell, LLC in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a Project Engineer passionate about site/civil engineering and land development. You will lead projects from entitlements to construction, design water and wastewater systems, and manage permitting across agencies.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (ABET/EAC), PE licensure, Maryland experience preferred, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.
