Position: Mechanical Engineer with Security Clearance
Required Skills & Experience
• BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace. Ocean Engineering or equivalent STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of experience or MS degree with 3 years of experience

• Experience using software tools such as Ansys, NX, Solidworks, etc

• Proficiency in using common engineering design, production, analysis, and office tools

• A current/active U.S. Government Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are being developed and deployed simultaneously

• Proficiency with Siemens NX and Teamcenter

• Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

• Experience with undersea vehicle and system design

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly

Job Description We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team supporting the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced undersea hardware systems. This role is responsible for concept development, technical planning, problem-solving, and translating customer requirements into engineering solutions that balance performance, schedule, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware design, design for manufacturing, and developing engineering processes, procedures, and documentation to support manufacturing and production activities.

Successful candidates will thrive in a team environment, effectively manage multiple priorities, and possess strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience supporting small-to-medium production programs and solving complex mechanical engineering challenges is highly desired.
