Working Hours: 8:30am‑5:00pm or 9:00am‑6:00pm (in‑office)

• Process loans for all new branches until their assigned processors are released from training or hired.
• Serve as a processing mentor for assigned branch processors and provide feedback to the Processing Manager.
• Train new processors on Encompass and on proper workflow to progress from one milestone to the next.
• Ensure loan submission checklists are completed before a loan is submitted to underwriting.
• Review all loans before they are submitted for initial underwriting, condition review, and final approval.
• Teach processors how to re‑disclose files and identify key red flags.
• Learn, train, and oversee Bond program loans.
• Teach processors how to set tasks for condition follow‑up, service requests, and customer contact.
• Provide recommendation to the Team Lead and Manager for processor release decisions.
• Coordinate coverage for processors’ pipelines when they are out of the office.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of up to 20 loans (specialty loans, employee loans, overflow).
• Provide support to the team on general questions, Encompass procedures, and documentation.
• Deliver weekly emails and phone calls to branch processors to review improvement areas and performance, documented in a memo to the Processing Manager.
• Monitor branch processor turnaround times and submission rates post‑release, reporting on weekly memos.
• Review all processor conditions before clear‑to‑close to prevent delays.

• At least 3 years of experience processing loans.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of Encompass.
• Thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products.
• Knowledge of company processing procedures preferred.
