Responsibilities

• Partner with core directors on budgets, plans, and fee structures.
• Optimize core operations and facilitate new core setups.
• Manage equipment and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Maximize cores' scientific impact through collaboration.
• Generate annual reports and monthly financial updates.
• Streamline billing and maintain core financial stability.

Qualifications/Background Profile
:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (healthcare, finance, business).
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare management/finance.
• 2+ years managing operating budgets.
• Research/research administration experience.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
