Job Overview
Supports multiple Financial Advisors by providing client service support, operational excellence and client advocacy within Merrill Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service to bank clients by educating them on bank services and banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and Financial Advisor requests.
- Assist in aligning practices with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships, emphasizing the bank’s offerings and incorporating banking into day‑to‑day practices.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, covering roles during absences or seasonal demand increases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client service needs.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and a focus on results.
- Client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA SIE, Series7, and/or Series
66 (or Series
63 and 65 in lieu of 66). - Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Experience working with clients, fulfilling needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing excellent client experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing responsibilities.
- Detail oriented, continuous learner, and professional communicator.
- Strong computer skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce. - Preferred: 7 and 66 or equivalent licenses, Master’s degree, up to 5 years related experience.

- Pay Range: $25.00 – $44.00 hourly.
