Position: LOS Systems Administrator Support

LOS Systems Administrator Support

Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time LOS Systems Administrator Support to join our team. The LOS Systems Administrator Support role provides technical, system-focused, and operational support to the Residential Mortgage team with primary responsibility for assisting the LOS Systems Administrator. This position supports LOS functionality, data integrity, workflow efficiency, and end-user enablement across the mortgage organization.

Essential functions include:

  • Provides daily support for the Loan Origination System (Empower), including loan data review, workflow monitoring and queue management.
  • Assists with LOS configuration support, system testing, form and disclosure maintenance, and release readiness activities.
  • Supporting end users with LOS-related inquiries, basic troubleshooting, access coordination, and issue documentation.
  • Runs and reviews system reports to identify data discrepancies, trends, or workflow issues and escalates findings appropriately.
  • Logs, tracks, and follows up on LOS and technology vendor tickets in coordination with the LOS Systems Administrator.
  • Maintains and updates system documentation, job aids, and workflow reference materials.
  • Supports audits, data validation exercises, and compliance-related system reviews.
  • Assists with change management efforts including training materials, testing scenarios, and post-deployment validation.
  • Demonstrates compliance awareness by completing all required regulatory and compliance training (e.g., BSA, CRA, ECOA) on or before deadlines, and actively supporting all policies, procedures, and practices that promote risk management, safety, and regulatory adherence.
  • Demonstrates actions and behaviors that align with the Company's core values and principles.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Full-time.
  • Non-exempt.
  • Days of Work:
    Monday-Friday.

Required

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting business applications, systems, or mortgage technology.
  • Demonstrated understanding of mortgage workflows and data structures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Empower LOS preferred.

Compensation:

  • The pay range for this position is $26.44 to $36.05 hourly.
  • Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
