Esthetics Instructor - Part Time Night Program

Temple Annapolis, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, is seeking instructors passionate about the Spa industry to help expand our Team of Esthetics instructors. The Temple Annapolis 600‑Hour Program prepares our Graduates for the State Boards with educational techniques and skills to prepare them for a successful career in the Beauty Industry.

The Program includes waxing, skin care, nano‑needling, peels, dermaplanning, airbrush make‑up, state board theory/practical testing prep, and many other skill sets taught within the 600‑hour portion of the Program.

• Oversee Clinic Services, Theory Classroom, and/or Specialty Class Techniques for Students.
• Teach esthetics theory and demonstrate techniques on live models and volunteers.
• Assess students’ progress and ensure effective education.

• Free hands‑on job training (PCA, Dermalogica, UFC, Dermaplanning, Nano‑Needling, and more).

• Minimum of 2 years as a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with skin experience.
• Current Maryland Esthetician license.
• Extensive knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Hours include Monday‑Thursday, 2–4 nights a week, 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm.

Salary: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour.
