• Perform high‑quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols, and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts while delivering the ultimate guest experience and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
• Educate guests on the European Wax Center product line to enhance their overall experience and results.
• Uphold brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment while upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.
• Train and role‑model the expected behaviors and processes set forth by European Wax Center.

• Compete and communicate effectively in stressful environments, accepting constructive feedback from supervisors.
• Adapt quickly to changes in activity as business demands.
• Work primarily indoors in a moderate and controlled temperature setting.
• Stand or sit at a desk for up to several hours; standing, walking, and sitting are required.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a well‑paced workflow.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Continuous talking and hearing are part of client, co‑worker, and management communication.

• Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with effective consultation capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise and efficient waxing services.
• Self‑motivated and process‑focused.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest preferences and comfort levels.
• Knowledge of skincare and waxing products, with the ability to recommend products based on individual guest needs.
