40 hours per week, Hybrid, 3 Evenings

Participation in the County’s group health plan including prescription, dental, and optical, paid holidays and sick leave. Optional deferred compensation program at employee’s own expense.

Reports to the Clinical Administrator and works closely with the Office Supervisor.

Assists with all aspects of the clinic’s interactions with Spanish‑speaking clients and families seen in AFS. Duties include clerical tasks, translation assistance for psychiatrists, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, conducting phone intake interviews, and occasional translation of clinic forms and literature. Assists Spanish‑speaking parents with intake paperwork, works with the clinic’s Spanish‑speaking therapist, and may provide limited case management and special project support such as developing a database of resources available to families in Anne Arundel County.

Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, psychology, education, counseling or related field from an accredited college or university.

Two years of professional experience working with youth and families.

Must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
