We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a PTA who enjoys hands‑on resident care and helping individuals improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Flexible PRN scheduling
• Competitive $40-$42/hour rate

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
